LispWorks Prices for Commercial Users in Europe

New license prices are shown below. Each LispWorks Professional Edition or Enterprise Edition license allows exactly one user of LispWorks at any particular time. Volume discounts are available on request to . Customers with maintenance contracts which were active on 14 December 2021 qualify for a free upgrade.
Taxes (where applicable) are not included.
LispWorks Personal Edition is freely available for non-commercial and evaluation purposes. If you would like to try the fully functional product before a possible purchase, please apply for an evaluation license.
LispWorks for Mobile Runtime is available as an add-on to LispWorks. Prices are here.

Prices for annual maintenance renewals are shown in the table above.
A discounted price is available on a maintenance renewal only when bundled with a license upgrade.
Free Upgrades
Customers with maintenance contracts which were active on 14 December 2021 are entitled to a free upgrade to LispWorks 8.0.
Professional (64-bit) Upgrades
This section shows the discounted upgrade routes to LispWorks 8.0 Professional (64-bit) where you already own a license for LispWorks 8.0 Professional (32-bit) on the same platform only(Windows, Macintosh, x86/x86_64 Linux, ARM Linux, x86/x64 Solaris or FreeBSD).
Please note that an upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit LispWorks terminates your license for 32-bit LispWorks. The upgrade fees are shown below.

Enterprise Upgrades
This section shows the discounted upgrade routes to LispWorks 8.0 Enterprise Edition where you already own a LispWorks 8.0 license on the same platform only (Windows, Macintosh, x86/x86_64 Linux, ARM Linux, x86/x64 Solaris or FreeBSD).
You can upgrade from Professional to Enterprise Edition. You can also upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit LispWorks (note that such an upgrade terminates your license for 32-bit LispWorks). The upgrade fees are shown below.

Version upgrades
There is no discount for upgrading from LispWorks 7.1 or earlier to LispWorks 8.0 without maintenance.
Consider starting a maintenance contract with your new Professional or Enterprise Edition license for free upgrades.

Upgrade from Hobbyist or HobbyistDV Edition
You can upgrade from Hobbyist or HobbyistDV to Professional or Enterprise (same platform, same bitness) for the difference between the new license prices, optionally starting a maintenance contract at a bundled price for the first year. Examples:
- Upgrade from LispWorks 8.0 HobbyistDV (64-bit) to LispWorks 8.0 Professional (64-bit) for €1200.
- Upgrade from LispWorks 8.0 Hobbyist (32-bit) to LispWorks 8.0 Professional (32-bit) with 1 year maintenance for €1000.
