4 Getting Help
4.1 Browsing manuals online
A complete documentation set is provided in the standard distribution, in the form of HTML files. HTML is the SGML-derived markup language which has become the standard format for publishing information on the World-Wide Web. A wide variety of HTML browsers are commonly available, and you can use your preferred browser to view the online documentation. By default, NCSA Mosaic is used. The documentation set was generated using Harlequin WebMaker. No proprietary extensions to HTML have been used, so you can use any HTML browser you want.
