`element`⇩	A simple-pane or a pinboard-object.
`key`⇩	A geometric hint keyword.
`value`⇩	A Lisp object.
`override`⇩	A boolean.

The function set-geometric-hint sets the hint associated with key to value in element.

If override is nil, the value is not changed when there is already a hint for this key. The default is t.
