We will send you instructions when you get a license for LispWorks for iOS Runtime.
Note: Normally you would first develop and debug your program using LispWorks for Macintosh. You will then build a runtime library using LispWorks for iOS Runtime and incorporate it in an Xcode project (see "iOS interface" in the LispWorks User Guide and Reference Manual ) before testing it on an iOS device or the iOS Simulator on Mac OS X.
