In 32-bit LispWorks for SPARC Solaris only the value product-name is used in keyfile error messages to identify a product whose key is incorrect. If it is not supplied then product-name defaults to "Anonymous Application".
On Microsoft Windows only product-name has an entirely different interpretation: it provides the name that is used in CAPI dialogs which have no specific title or owner.
On other platforms, product-name is ignored.
