A non-focus-list-interface.

Description

The function non-focus-toggle-enable-filter toggles the enabled state of the filter in a non-focus list created by prompt-with-list-non-focus or text-input-pane-in-place-complete. It has no effect if the filter is off.

It is used as the callback of the filtering-toggle .
