The
mp:process-run-function
function is applied to the each of the entries in
mp:*initial-processes*
to create the initial processes.
It is not necessary to call this function when the Common LispWorks GUI is running (that is, after
env:start-environment
has been called), as this automatically starts up multiprocessing.
Note: On Windows, Linux and Mac OS, the Common LispWorks GUI starts up by default.
